Terms and Conditions

• Delivery

  Delivery will be approximately three weeks from confirmation of order.

  
  

• Prices

  We will provide a quotation and breakdown so you have a complete understanding of the process of your order. All prices are subject to stock availability, print ready artwork and will be confirmed on approval of artwork. Quotes are valid for 28 days and the placing of your order is taken as an acceptance of our terms and conditions.

  
  

• Payment

  Payment is to be made in full once order has been finalised. Upon acceptance of a quote we will send a link to an itemised Paypal invoice for the order which must be settled before printing can begin.

  
  

• Quality

  High quality garments are used as described on the Products page but please note that the coloured images are a guide only.

  
  

• Design Copyright

  Emori Ltd has no hold over designs provided by the customer and will not use artwork for anything other than as requested by the customer. By providing artwork, the customer takes responsibility for ensuring that the copyright or licensing of the work belongs to them, thus indemnifying Emori Ltd. from any breach in copyright law.

  
  

• Copyright and Trademarks

  All text, design and logo on this website belongs to, and is the sole copyright material of Emori Ltd. Copying of this material is not permitted.

  
  

• Received Goods

  Orders should be checked as soon as they are received and Emori Ltd notified within 7 working days of any problems. If no complaint has been received within this time the goods are deemed to have been accepted. Refunds are not available on customised orders unless the products are defective.

  
  

• Privacy Policy

  Emori Ltd will not disclose personal details of customers without permission. Under the Data Protection Act 1998 personal details will be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling customers orders.

  
  

• Events that are unfortunately out of our hands.

  Emori Ltd cannot be held liable for any events that are beyond our control, e.g. machine failure, computer breakdown, the inevitable postal strike...
